A Copper Aluminum Radiator Recycling Plant is a mechanical recycling line for processing waste heat exchangers and radiator scrap. It breaks the combined copper tubes, aluminum fins, iron frames, plastic parts and other mixed components into separated material streams.
The updated process route is: shredder → metal crusher → magnetic separator → eddy current separator → secondary crusher → gravity separator. This configuration is suitable for customers who need more complete liberation and higher separation quality from mixed radiator scrap.

Recovered copper tubes and copper-rich particles can be sold to metal recyclers or sent for further refining.
